Other information

We take great care in cleaning our rental accommodations. If you are not satisfied, please inform one of our employees at the reception. We will take care of it as soon as possible. Smoking is not allowed in this accommodation.

For rent
Would you like to rent kitchen sets, bath sets and/or extra linen during your stay? We will be happy to bring this to you. Also for the rental of children's chairs, camping beds and bed barriers you may contact the reception by phone.

You have received a Wi-Fi code on arrival, with which you can use our Wi-Fi network in your accommodation free of charge. If this is not the case, please just drop by our reception. If you want a Wi-Fi connection everywhere in the park, you can buy a code at reception. The TerSpegelt app can (partially) be used without WiFi.

There is a barbecue at the accommodation. Please clean the grill after each use. We rely on you to leave the barbecue and grid neatly when you leave!

If you notice anything damaged or not working properly in the rental accommodation or on the park, please report it to one of our reception staff. Our technical service will take care of it as soon as possible.

Energy and water
We use energy as sparingly as possible by using solar energy and dimmer switches. Therefore, please turn off the heating and lights when leaving the accommodation. In the interest of environment and cost reduction, it is not allowed to wash your car on the park, fill swimming pools, make water slides on the fields or leave the tap running for a long time.

User manual

How do you use the Trumatic heater?
1. To the left or right of the stove, behind a hatch, is a gas valve. This should be open.
2. Turn the control knob on the top left to thermostat position 1 and push the knob all the way down. Ignition is automatic (you will hear sparks being made) and stops when the flame burns. Hold the control knob down for about 10 seconds to turn on the ignition protection.
3. Adjust the temperature using the control knob position 1 through 10.
4. Hear no sparks? Then the battery is empty.
5. In case of malfunction, wait at least 2 minutes to make a new ignition. Then set the control knob to "0".
6. If the stove is not in use make sure the control knob is set to "0" otherwise it will continue to spark until the battery is empty.

- The stove must not be covered
- The device must not be hidden from view by curtains, furniture, towels, etc.
- Turn off the stove as soon as you leave the accommodation.

How do the tilt and turn windows in this VerandaChalet work?

Position 1: handle down = closed
Position 2: handle horizontal = turn window
Position 3: lever up = tilt window (opens at the top)

Does the heater not work or do you have questions about the use of the heater and/or the windows?
Please report this to reception or call 0497-512016. We will pass on the report to the technical service. They will then come by as soon as possible to help.

On the departure day, keys must be handed in at the reception before 10:00 am. Should you leave outside the reception opening hours, please notify the reception in advance. The key can then be deposited in the key box at the outgoing barrier.

What to do before departure?

  • Leave the VerandaChalet swept clean.
  • Turn off the heating/stove and close all windows.
  • Make sure all used kitchen inventory is back in the cabinets clean.
  • Leave the refrigerator on and turn off all lights.
  • You may put your linen packages in the white bag provided and leave them in the accommodation for our cleaning staff.
  • Have you rented a high chair, camp bed (with or without bed linen package) and/or a bed rail? Then please leave this clean in the accommodation. We will pick it up on the day of departure.
  • Please sort your garbage, glass and paper and bring it to the recycling center behind the supermarket.
