Cleaning
We take great care in cleaning our rental accommodations. If you are not satisfied, please inform one of our employees at the reception. We will take care of it as soon as possible. Smoking is not allowed in this accommodation.

For rent
Would you like to rent kitchen sets, bath sets and/or extra linen during your stay? We will be happy to bring this to you. Also for the rental of children's chairs, camping beds and bed barriers you may contact the reception by phone.

Wifi
By selecting "WifiLodge" as network and using one of the codes below you can use our WiFi network in the ….Lodge for free. If you would like WiFi throughout the park, you can purchase a code at reception. The TerSpegeltapp can be used (partially) without WiFi!

Barbecue
There is a barbecue at the accommodation. Please clean the grill after each use. We rely on you to leave the barbecue and grid neatly when you leave!

Malfunctions
If you notice anything damaged or not working properly in the rental accommodation or on the park, please report it to one of our reception staff. Our technical service will take care of it as soon as possible.

Energy and water
We use energy as sparingly as possible by using solar energy and dimmer switches. Therefore, please turn off the heating and lights when leaving the accommodation. In the interest of environment and cost reduction, it is not allowed to wash your car on the park, fill swimming pools, make water slides on the fields or leave the tap running for a long time.

Terrace

Did you know that the screens on the side of the terrace can be used as a windbreak? If you want to sit out of the wind for a while, just attach the screen to the top of the beam with the rubber bands provided.

User manual

How do you use the central heating?
You will find the buttons for the central heating on the side wall of the refrigerator. There are 4 different settings, use the button on the right.

Position 0 = not in use
Position 1 = minimum
Position 2 = comfort
Setting 3 = maximum

To the left of the mode button is the thermostat, with this you set the desired temperature. When switching the heater on, it takes a few minutes before it starts blowing. In cold weather you can start with position 3 and as soon as the temperature is comfortable switch to position 2. This is the most comfortable setting. During the night hours please turn on setting 1. Please turn the heater off if you are not present. (setting 0)

CAUTION!

The heater must not be covered.
The heater must not be hidden from view by curtains, furniture, towels, etc.
Please turn off the heater as soon as you leave the accommodation.

How to use the combi microwave?
The functions are clearly listed on the control panel by the buttons. The display informs and helps you with the settings. Use the oven rack when preparing dishes. Never place cold (frozen) food directly on the glass turntable, it may crack. After each use, clean the inside immediately with a damp cloth.

How do you use the dishwasher?

In the service pack that was ready for you upon arrival, there is a '3-in-1 dishwasher tablet'. The dishwasher has a 3-in-1 program. Choose this program, then there is no need to fill the dishwasher with salt and rinse aid, and you will have optimal washing results!

Is the heating not working or do you have questions about using the microwave or dishwasher?

Please report this to the reception desk or call 0497-512016. We will pass on the report to the technical service. They will then come by as soon as possible to help.

On the departure day, keys must be handed in at the reception before 10:00 am. Should you leave outside the reception opening hours, please notify the reception in advance. The key can then be deposited in the key box at the outgoing barrier.

What to do before departure?

  • Leave the OutbackLodge Comfort swept clean.
  • Turn off the heating/stove and close all windows.
  • Make sure all used kitchen inventory is back in the cabinets clean.
  • Leave the refrigerator on and turn off all lights.
  • You may put your linen packages in the white bag provided and leave them in the accommodation for our cleaning staff.
  • Have you rented a high chair, camp bed (with or without bed linen package) and/or a bed rail? Then please leave this clean in the accommodation. We will pick it up on the day of departure.
  • Please sort your garbage, glass and paper and bring it to the recycling center behind the supermarket.
