Can I fly to TerSpegelt?

Yes. The nearest airport is Eindhoven, about 20 minutes away by taxi. Please note that Eindhoven Airport is closed from 1 February to 19 July 2027. During that period, you can fly to Amsterdam Schiphol, Brussels or Weeze instead.

Can I bring a second car?

Each booking includes access to the park for one car. A second car can be parked in the car park at the park across the entrance.

No. Pets are not allowed anywhere on the park. Assistance dogs are the only exception.

Is TerSpegelt suitable for toddlers?

Definitely. We have toddler pools, pitches on children’s fields with their own playground, mini pump tracks and special Little Ones Weeks for families with young children.

What can we do when it rains?

Head to SterrenStrand, our covered water park, or the heated indoor pool next door. You can also go bowling, try the VR experience or join a session in the craft workshop.

Travelling with your family to the Netherlands?

It's easier than you might think. The quickest way is the Eurotunnel from Folkestone, or a ferry from Dover to Calais or Dunkirk. From there it’s about a three-hour drive through Belgium. Would you rather sleep on the way? Take an overnight ferry from Harwich to Hook of Holland, from Hull to Rotterdam or from Newcastle to Amsterdam. You’ll wake up in the Netherlands, less than two and a half hours from the park.

Camping and glamping in the Netherlands

Choose from comfortable chalets, glamping lodges or a camping pitch. The chalets have everything you need for a self-catering holiday, and come with a veranda or a view over the lake. Our lodges feel more like glamping, from safari-style tents to lodges right on the water. Bringing your own tent, caravan or motorhome? Pick a pitch with private sanitary facilities, so you have your own shower and toilet next to your pitch. We also have pitches on a children’s field with a playground, and pitches right on the waterfront.

Whatever the weather, there’s always something to do. SterrenStrand is our covered water park, with a heated indoor pool next door, so a rainy day is no problem. When the sun’s out, head to the swimming lake and try the Blob, go tubing behind a speedboat or take out a paddle board or pedalo. Daredevils can take on the TubbyJump, with a free fall, a giant slide and a high-speed descent. Prefer wheels? There’s a PumpTrack, a BMX track and a bike park. Indoors you’ll find hyperbowling, a VR experience and a craft workshop. And for the little ones, there’s the Gnome Path, the children’s farm, mini golf and a giant air trampoline.

Days out near TerSpegelt: Efteling and more

TerSpegelt is a great base for exploring Brabant. Efteling, one of Europe’s best-loved theme parks, is less than an hour’s drive away, and so is Beekse Bergen Safari Park. Belgium is just around the corner, with Bobbejaanland and the abbey village of Postel nearby. Fancy a city trip? Eindhoven is 20 minutes away, with plenty of shops, restaurants and museums. Or stay close to home: walking and cycling routes through the woods and heathland of the Kempen start right at the park gate.

No need to cook every night. At De Keizer you’ll eat dishes from the charcoal grill, made with local produce. Beach pavilion De Wijde Blick is right on the lake, so the kids can play on the beach while you relax on the terrace. Fancy a drink and some finger food? Head to the BowlingPub. For an easy evening, order fresh pizza from LekkerMakkelijk or chips and snacks from LekkerSnacken. You can pick it up or have it delivered to your pitch or accommodation.
