At what time can I check in?

You can check in from 14:00. However, you are welcome to use all facilities before then. Make sure you have arranged everything before the holiday starts! Pass on license plates, add details of fellow travellers or make the final payment. You can do so on: ''MyTerSpegelt''.

At what time do i have to check out?

No later than 11:00 am. You may still use all facilities on the day of departure. Car should be parked in the Nature Gate car park.

I have small children, can we camp by the waterside?

We recommend avoiding fields 70 to 73, since there is no fence around the water here. The recreational lake is deep. All other pitches are suitable for small children.

Can I park my car at my camping pitch?

If you have a pitch on fields 70 to 73, you may park your car at your pitch. It is not allowed at other Comfort Plus Pitches.

Can I increase my power?

It is not possible to increase the power.

Is there a playground on the field?

There is a playground on field 92, 93 and 94.

Can I fish from my pitch?

You can go fishing anywhere you want, as long as there is no beach at the spot where you’re fishing from.

Do I have WiFi at my pitch?

The WiFi is not included in the price, you can buy a WiFi package at the reception desk.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed. This applies to the entire park. We do make exceptions for assistance dogs. For more information, please contact the reception.
